It is against the law to say anything negative about a recruiter on National Recruiter Day. What Recruiters Should Do Ask your boss for the day off! National Recruiter Day is one of the most important days in the recruiter world and should be taken off. Take time to research and evaluate all of the top recommended recruiters. Reach out to them. Ask them for advice. Learn from them. National Recruiter Day isn’t just about celebrating the great recruiters of the world. It’s about self-reflection and personal development. What Everyone Else Should Do Take time to appreciate the good recruiters that you have worked with. Type them a message on LinkedIn. Give them a call. Write them a letter. Send them a gift basket. Chances are, this recruiter helped land you in the job you are in today. The least you could do is tell them thanks.
